Quick tour of the Ody app
Ody's desktop app is organized around a left navigation rail with seven screens — Inbox, Calls, Contacts, AI Agent, Tasks, Analytics, and Settings.
The desktop screens
- Inbox — the shared conversation list. Every SMS, MMS, call event, and voicemail lands here in one timeline per contact. Filter by Open/Done, reply from the composer, and see who's handling what.
- Calls — the call log (All / Missed / Voicemails), the keypad, and live call controls when you're on a call.
- Contacts — searchable customer list with tags, properties, notes, and recent activity.
- AI Agent — configure your AI receptionist: greeting, tone, voice, knowledge, and a test call to try it.
- Tasks — follow-ups grouped by Today / Upcoming / Completed, with owners and priorities.
- Analytics — KPI cards, message volume, and per-teammate performance, with ranges and export.
- Settings — everything about the workspace (name & logo, members & roles, numbers, work schedule, billing, integrations, developer API) and your account (profile, notifications).
The rail also has search (⌘K), an Invite your team button at the bottom, a theme toggle, and your profile menu (with Sign out and — if you belong to several workspaces — the workspace switcher).
On your phone
Open app.ody.co in your phone's browser and you get a mobile layout with bottom tabs:
- Inbox · Calls · AI · Tasks, plus More — which opens Contacts, Analytics, and Settings.
The iOS app mirrors this layout with native calling (your iPhone and the web ring together). Number purchase, porting, 10DLC registration, and billing changes stay on the web — the iOS app points you there when needed.
In your language
Ody speaks eight languages — English, Spanish, Simplified Chinese, Filipino, Vietnamese, Arabic, French, and Korean. The app follows your browser or iPhone language automatically; to pick one yourself, go to Settings → Profile → Language (see Change your language in Ody).

Frequently asked questions
How do I see the guided tour again?
The 6-step tour runs once per browser per workspace, right after your number goes live. This article covers the same ground anytime.
Where is the dialer?
On the Calls screen — it includes the keypad, your call log (All / Missed / Voicemails), and live call controls.
Is the mobile app different from the website on my phone?
app.ody.co on a phone browser gives you the mobile layout automatically, and the iOS app mirrors it with native calling. A few admin tasks (buying numbers, porting, billing changes) stay on the desktop web app.
