The first step of signup asks How will you use Ody? — either answer creates a workspace; a solo account is just a one-seat team you can grow later.
Step-by-step
On the How will you use Ody? step, pick one of the two cards:
- For my team — "Share one inbox, assign conversations, and add teammates."
- Just for me — "A personal business line with AI answering built in."
Click Continue (or press Enter).
Your choice mainly tunes the rest of the wizard — for example, the invite step is optional for solo users. It never locks you in: every workspace can add teammates later.

Can I switch from solo to a team later?
Yes. A solo account is just a one-seat workspace — invite teammates anytime from Settings → Members & roles.
Does the workspace type change the price?
No. Plans are priced per user per month either way — a solo workspace simply has one user.
