Create your Ody account

You create an Ody account at app.ody.co/signup with Google or a work email and password, then a five-step wizard sets up your workspace, number, and plan.

Before you start

• Have a mobile phone handy — after checkout, Ody texts you a one-time code to finish setup.
• Have a credit or debit card ready. Your card is collected at the end of signup, but every plan starts with a free trial and you aren't charged today.

Step-by-step

1. Go to app.ody.co/signup. You'll see the Welcome to Ody card.

2. Click Continue with Google, or enter your Work email and a Password (at least 6 characters) and click Create account.

3. Already have an account? Click Sign in below the button to switch to the sign-in form instead.

4. Once you're signed in, the setup wizard opens. It has five steps:

   1. Workspace type — team or solo (details)
   2. Your workspace — name it (details)
   3. Pick a number — your new business line (details)
   4. Invite team — optional (details)
   5. Choose plan — pick a tier and add your card (details)

   After checkout, the welcome page finishes with two quick checks: your identity (photo ID + selfie) and a one-time SMS code to your mobile number.

5. Press Enter at any step to continue — it does the same thing as the Continue button.

Your progress is saved as you go. If you close the tab partway through, sign back in at app.ody.co and the wizard resumes where you left off.

Troubleshooting

• "That email already has an account" — switch to Sign in instead of creating a new account.
• "Too many attempts" — wait a minute, then try again.
• "We're unable to set up your account" — your account isn't eligible for Ody at this time. See Supported countries, or contact [email protected] if you think this is a mistake.
