Ody has three plans — Starter, Growth, and Enterprise — billed per user per month, and every plan starts with a 7-day free trial.

Every plan includes the essentials: your own phone number, calling & texting across the US & Canada, voicemail transcripts, the AI agent, 43 live integrations, developer API access, and email support. Higher tiers add the extras above.
Step-by-step (during signup)
On the Choose your plan step, pick Monthly or Annual with the toggle — annual is billed yearly and saves per seat.
Click the plan you want. Each card shows the per-seat price and the FREE TRIAL badge.
Click Continue. The card form appears in the same window — payment is handled by Stripe, and Ody never stores your card details.
Enter your card and click Start my free trial. You won't be charged today; Ody verifies your card with two temporary authorizations that are voided immediately (see The card authorization check).
If you created a workspace but left before picking a plan, you'll see the Choose a plan to unlock Ody screen next time you sign in — same plans, same trial.

Will I be charged today?
No. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Your card is verified with two temporary authorizations that are voided immediately — nothing is charged until the trial ends.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — manage your plan anytime from Settings → Billing on the web.
How does per-user pricing work?
The price is per user per month. Adding a teammate adds a seat to your subscription; Stripe prorates changes automatically.
