Invite your team during signup
Step 4 of signup lets you invite teammates by email — the invite emails go out immediately, so your team can accept and be ready while you finish checkout.
This step is optional. If you're working solo for now, just click Continue — you can invite people anytime from Settings.
Step-by-step
On the Invite your team step, type your teammates' email addresses in the Teammate emails box, separated by commas or spaces.
Click Send invites & continue (the button shows how many invites it will send). Each person receives an email with an invite link right away.
To skip, leave the box empty and click Continue.
Teammates who accept before you finish checkout see a "finishing workspace setup" screen — they slide into the app automatically the moment your subscription starts. See Accept an invite for what their side looks like.
Troubleshooting
- "Couldn't send an invite to …" — one of the addresses is invalid or failed. Fix or remove it, then continue; the valid ones will send.
- Someone is "already a member" — that's fine; Ody treats it as done and moves on.

Invites sent during signup join as members. Owners and admins can change anyone's role afterward in Settings → Members & roles.
