Accept an invite to a workspace

To join a workspace, open the invite link from your email, sign in, and click Accept & join — you'll be in the shared workspace within seconds.

Step-by-step

1. Open the invite link (it looks like app.ody.co/invite/…). You'll see You're invited to Ody.

2. If you're not signed in yet, click Continue with Google and sign in with the email address the invite was sent to.

3. The invite card shows the Workspace, Your role, and the Invited email. Check they look right.

4. Click Accept & join. Ody sets up your access and takes you into the workspace.

If the owner hasn't finished setup

Invites often go out while the workspace owner is still completing checkout. If you accept before the workspace is activated, you'll see a "You're in 🎉" card explaining that the owner "is finishing workspace setup" — you get access automatically as soon as it's activated. The screen checks on its own every 20 seconds; there's also a Check again button. Nothing is needed from you.

The same applies if the owner still needs to finish identity verification — you'll see a note that the owner needs to complete it, and you're let in the moment it's done.

Troubleshooting

• "Wrong account" — you're signed in with a different email than the invite was sent to. Click Sign out & use a different account and use the invited address.
• "This invite is no longer valid" — it expired, was revoked, or was already accepted. Ask a workspace admin for a fresh one.
