Workspace settings: name and logo

Owners and admins can rename the workspace and upload a logo anytime from Settings → Workspace — the name and logo are what your team sees in the app rail and workspace switcher.
Before you start
- You must be a workspace owner or admin. Members can view this page but not edit it.
Step-by-step
Rename the workspace
- Click Settings in the left rail, then Workspace in the settings sidebar.
- Edit the Workspace name field.
- Click Save. The new name appears immediately across the app.
Upload or change the logo
- On the same page, click Upload logo (or Change logo if one is set).
- Pick a PNG, JPEG, or WebP file — Ody crops it square and downsizes it automatically.
- To go back to the default initials badge, click Remove.
On iPhone: open More → Settings → Workspace on mobile web to do the same. In the iOS app you can rename the workspace; logo upload is web-only.

What image should I use for the logo?
A square PNG, JPEG, or WebP works best. Ody crops it to a square and scales it down automatically, so any reasonably sized image is fine.
Why can't I edit the name field?
Only owners and admins can rename the workspace or change the logo. Members see the settings read-only.
