Your name and photo live in Settings → Profile — they're shown to your teammates and on your calls, and you can change them anytime.
Step-by-step
- Click Settings in the left rail, then Profile (under the Account group).
- To change your photo, click Upload photo (or Change photo) and pick a PNG, JPEG, or WebP — it's cropped square automatically. Remove switches back to your initials.
- Edit the Full name field and click Save.
Your Email is shown read-only — it comes from how you sign in and can't be changed here.
On your phone: open More → Settings → Profile on mobile web, or the Profile section in the iOS app's settings.

Frequently asked questions
Can I change my email address?
Not from the app — your email comes from how you sign in (your Google account or the email you signed up with). If you need to move your account to a new email, contact [email protected].
Who sees my profile?
Your teammates — in the members list, on assigned conversations, and on your calls. Customers see the workspace number and name, not your personal profile.
