Call transcripts and AI summaries
Ody turns voice into text automatically: voicemails are transcribed on every plan, and on Growth and above, recorded calls get a speaker-labeled transcript plus an AI summary with key points and sentiment.
What you get, by plan
- Voicemail transcripts — included on all plans (Starter and up). Each voicemail lands in your Inbox with its text.
- AI call summaries & transcripts — Growth and Enterprise. Recorded calls are transcribed with speaker labels (CALLER / AGENT) and summarized into a gist, key points, and a sentiment read.
- AI call tags — Enterprise. The AI labels each call with up to three tags from a fixed set: sales, support, billing, scheduling, follow-up, complaint, spam, general.
Where to find them
Open Inbox in the left sidebar and select the conversation.
Voicemails and recorded calls appear on the timeline as cards with an audio player.
The transcript renders under the player. For recorded calls, each turn is labeled CALLER or AGENT so you can follow who said what.
The summary card shows the gist, key points, sentiment, and (on Enterprise) the AI tag chips.
You can also reach voicemails quickly from Calls → Voicemails — click a row to jump into the conversation.
