Listen to voicemail
Voicemails arrive in the app — no dial-in: play them with the audio player on the caller's conversation in your Inbox, or browse them under Calls → Voicemails.
Step-by-step
Click Calls in the left sidebar.
Click the Voicemails filter at the top of the call list.
Each row shows the caller and the voicemail duration. To listen, open the caller's conversation in the Inbox — the voicemail appears on the timeline as a card.
Press play on the card's audio player. You can click anywhere on the waveform to jump around.
Read the transcript under the player if you'd rather skim than listen.
New voicemails land in the Inbox marked unread, so the Inbox badge tells you when something's waiting.
