Missed calls and call history
The Calls screen holds your workspace's shared call history — every inbound, outbound, missed call, and voicemail — with All, Missed, and Voicemails filters and one-click callback.
Step-by-step
Click Calls in the left sidebar. The history list takes up the main column.
Use the filter at the top to switch views:
- All — everything: inbound, outbound, missed, and voicemails.
- Missed — inbound calls nobody answered.
- Voicemails — calls where the caller left a message.
Each row shows the caller, the call direction, the duration, and when it happened. Calls you make appear here the moment you hang up — including calls the other side didn't pick up (shown as no answer, busy, or canceled).
To call back, click the row — or the phone button on its right edge — and Ody dials the number.
Recordings, transcripts, and AI summaries for a call live on the caller's conversation in the Inbox — the call history is the quick chronological view, the Inbox is where the detail is.
On your phone: tap Calls in the bottom tab bar — the same All / Missed / Voicemails filters are at the top.
Missed-call emails. Members of the number's inbox are emailed within seconds of a missed call (caller, number, time, and a link to the conversation) — on by default, and each person can switch it off in Settings → Notifications. See Email notifications.

Frequently asked questions
Is call history shared with my team?
Yes — the Calls screen shows every call to and from your workspace's numbers, so the whole team sees the same history.
When does a call I just made show up in the history?
As soon as you hang up. Outbound calls are logged the moment the call ends, with their duration and whether the other side answered.
How do I call someone back?
Click their row in the call log (or the phone button on the right of the row) and Ody dials that number.
What counts as a missed call?
An inbound call nobody answered. If the caller left a message it shows under Voicemails instead.
