Sign in or create an account on iOS
Open the Ody app and the first screen shows what Ody does, with two choices: Create an account to start a new workspace, or the smaller Log in link to sign in with the account you already use at app.ody.co — one account, both platforms, same workspace data.
Before you start
- If you were invited to a teammate's workspace, accept the invite (from the invite email) before signing in on iOS.
- To create a new workspace you'll need a card for the 7-day free trial's card check and a few minutes for the identity verification — the same steps as signing up on the web.
Log in with an existing account
Open the Ody app and tap Log in under the Create an account button.
Choose Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google, or enter your email and password, then tap Sign in.
The app loads your workspace — the same inbox, calls, contacts, and settings you see on the web.
Allow microphone access when prompted so calling works.
Create an account on iPhone
Open the Ody app and tap Create an account.
Sign up with Apple, Google, or your name, email and a password.
Follow the setup: workspace type and name, phone verification, pick your business number, invite teammates (optional), then choose a plan. Tap Start free trial to subscribe through the App Store with your Apple ID (one seat, one number) — or choose Web checkout under Pay with to pay by card on the web for a multi-seat plan. Troubleshooting
- Sign-in succeeds but the app looks empty or bounces you back — your workspace may not be activated yet. Finish the setup steps the app shows (or open app.ody.co in a browser, choose a plan and complete the card check), then sign in again.
- "Your account is scheduled for deletion" — someone (probably you) requested account deletion. Tap Keep my account to cancel it and continue, or Sign out. See Delete your account or workspace.
- Forgot your password — reset it from the web sign-in page at app.ody.co, then use the new password in the app.
- Wrong workspace — Ody accounts belong to a workspace via invites. Ask a workspace admin to invite the email address you're signing in with.
- You signed up with Google or Apple on the web — use the same button in the app; a password sign-in for that email won't exist.

Can I create my Ody account from the iPhone app?
Yes. Tap Create an account on the first screen — the app walks you through naming your workspace, verifying your phone, picking a business number and choosing a plan (the plan step opens a secure Stripe page in your browser and returns you to the app).
Is my iPhone login a separate account?
No — it's the same Ody account. Everything you see on the web (inbox, contacts, numbers) appears on your iPhone, live.
Can my teammates use the app too?
Yes. Anyone invited to your workspace can sign in on their own iPhone with their own account.
Which sign-in methods work on iOS?
Email and password, Sign in with Apple, and Google — the same methods as the web. Use whichever one you created the account with.
