From September 27, 2026 to March 28, 2027, new workspaces that choose Starter or Growth on monthly billing get 50% off for 6 months on the workspace owner's seat — applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.
What the offer includes

- The discount covers one seat: the workspace owner's (the person who signs up and picks the plan). Every additional member is billed at the regular per-user price.
- It lasts 6 months from the day your subscription starts, then your seat returns to the regular price automatically. Nothing to cancel or change.
- Annual plans, Enterprise, add-ons (extra numbers, messaging numbers, the one-time messaging setup fee) and international calling are not discounted.
- Your 7-day free trial is unchanged. The card check on the authorization step uses your plan's regular price, exactly as it would without the offer, and is voided immediately — see Why you see a card authorization hold.
Why the name and the countdown change
The promotion is a non-stop series of short, named offers — Fall Kickoff Offer, Halloween Offer, Black Friday Offer, Holiday Offer, Valentine's Offer, and so on. Each one shows a countdown that ends within 48 hours; when it reaches zero the next offer starts with a new name and a new countdown. The discount — 50% off for 6 months on Starter and Growth monthly — is the same in every one of them, so there is no better moment to wait for.
The offer bar on ody.co and the offer card in signup show the same name and the same countdown at all times; both come from Ody's servers, not your device clock.
Step-by-step
- On ody.co (home page or pricing page), click Claim the offer in the bar at the bottom of the screen — or go straight to app.ody.co/signup.
- Complete the signup steps (workspace, phone number, team invites).
- On Choose your plan, keep Monthly selected. The offer card shows the current offer name and countdown; Starter and Growth show the regular price crossed out next to the offer price, with a 50% OFF badge.
- Select Starter or Growth and click Continue. The payment step confirms the discount: "7-day free trial, then $16.50/mo for 6 months (regular $33), for your seat".
- Add your card and click Start my free trial. The discount is attached to your subscription in Stripe and appears as a discount line on your invoices.
After you subscribe
- Invoices show the discount as its own line for 6 months — see View and download invoices.
- Switching between Starter and Growth (monthly) keeps the offer: the discount is adjusted to the new plan for the months you have left. The 6-month period does not restart.
- Switching to annual billing or to Enterprise ends the offer, since those plans are not eligible. Switching back later does not bring it back.
- Adding teammates is billed at the regular per-user price — see Add seats for team members.
Troubleshooting
- I don't see the offer in signup. Make sure Monthly is selected — on Annual the card explains that the offer applies to monthly billing only. If the campaign has ended (after March 28, 2027) the offer no longer appears anywhere.
- The countdown reached zero. A new offer starts immediately with the same discount; refresh if the bar hasn't updated within a few seconds.
- I subscribed on iOS. The offer is a web checkout promotion and is not available through App Store purchases — see Billing on iOS. Choosing Pay with → Web checkout in the iOS app applies it.
- My invoice shows the full price. Check that your plan is Starter or Growth on monthly billing, that you are the workspace owner's seat (extra seats are full price), and that you subscribed while the offer was running.
