Monthly vs annual billing
Ody plans come in two billing periods: monthly (pay each month, with a 12-month commitment) and annual (pay once for the year, at a discounted per-user rate).

Add-ons follow the same period as your plan: an additional number is $5/month on a monthly plan or $60/year on an annual plan, and a messaging-enabled number is $4/month or $48/year.
What the 12-month commitment means
A monthly plan spreads a 12-month term over monthly payments. During that term:
- Your seat count and add-on quantities can go up anytime (billed with proration).
- Reducing below what you've committed to — or cancelling entirely — before the term ends triggers a one-time early-termination fee of 50% of the remaining commitment. The cancel flow always shows you the exact amount before you confirm anything. See Cancel your subscription.
An annual plan has no separate commitment — the prepaid year is the commitment. Cancelling just stops the renewal, and you keep access until the year ends.
How to pick or switch periods
- Click Settings in the sidebar, then Billing.
- Above the plan cards, use the Monthly / Annual toggle. The annual side shows the discounted price with "billed yearly · save X%".
- Click your plan to apply the new period — the change is prorated on your existing subscription.
