Calling on mobile — web and iPhone
You can call from your phone two ways: the mobile web app at app.ody.co (works in any mobile browser) and the native iPhone app, which uses Apple's CallKit so calls look and feel like regular phone calls.
Mobile web (app.ody.co on your phone)
Open app.ody.co in your phone's browser and sign in.
Tap Calls in the bottom tab bar. The same All / Missed / Voicemails history filters are at the top.
Tap the round dialer button in the bottom-right corner to open the dial pad sheet, enter a number, and press the green call button.
During a call you get Mute, Hold, and Record controls plus the red end-call button. Incoming calls show a full-screen overlay with Decline and Accept.
iPhone app
- Calling uses the same line as the web — your business number — with Apple's CallKit, so the incoming-call screen is the native one you know.
- In-call controls are mute, speaker, and the keypad.
- The iPhone and your open web tabs ring together; whoever answers first takes the call.
- Ringing requires the app to be open for now — background ringing with the app closed arrives with VoIP push support.
What stays on the web
Number purchase and porting, 10DLC texting registration, and workspace logo upload are web-only — manage them at app.ody.co → Settings. Voicemail greeting and voice per number can be edited in the iPhone app's Settings too.
