Export analytics as CSV
Click Export in the top-right of the Analytics screen to download the current view — KPIs, message volume, per-user performance, and heat map — as a single CSV, scoped to the range you have selected.
Step-by-step
- Click Analytics in the left sidebar. (Requires the Growth plan or above — the screen shows an upgrade prompt on Starter.)
- Pick the range you want in the file: 7 days, 30 days, or Quarter. The export always matches what's on screen.
- Click Export in the top-right. Your browser downloads the CSV and a confirmation shows the filename.
What's inside the file
One CSV with sections for each card on the screen:
- KPIs — Calls, Messages, Avg response, Talk time, with their period-over-period deltas.
- Message volume — one row per day/bucket in the range.
- Per-user performance — one row per teammate (including Astra) with activity counts.
- Heat map — the day × hour activity grid, plus your busiest window.
It opens directly in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets.
Platform notes (honest)
- Desktop web and mobile web both export — the mobile Analytics screen has the same Export button.
- iOS does not — CSV export is deliberately web-only. Open app.ody.co in Safari on your phone if you need the file away from your desk.

Can I export from the iOS app?
No — CSV export is intentionally web-only. iOS shows the analytics charts; when you need the file, open app.ody.co in any browser (phone browsers work too).
Do I need a particular plan?
Export lives on the Analytics screen, which requires the Growth plan or above. If you see an upgrade prompt instead of charts, the Export button isn't available yet.
Can exports be scheduled or emailed automatically?
Not today — export is a manual, on-demand download. For programmatic access, workspaces with API access can pull analytics data via the public API.
