The Ody iOS app gives you the core analytics on the go — KPI cards, the message volume chart, and per-teammate performance, switchable between 7 days, 30 days, and Quarter.
What's on the iOS analytics screen
- KPI cards — Calls, Messages, Avg response, and Talk time for the selected range.
- Volume chart — message activity over the range, rendered natively with Swift Charts.
- Per-teammate performance — each member's share of activity, including Astra.
- Range switch — the same 7 days / 30 days / Quarter options as the web app, and the same underlying numbers.
Like the web, analytics on iOS requires the Growth plan or above.
What's web-only (by design)
- CSV export — the Export button lives on the web app (desktop and mobile web). Open app.ody.co in Safari when you need the file.
- The activity heat map — the day × hour grid is a desktop web visualization today.
Everything else — the KPIs, chart, and per-user numbers — matches the web app, because both platforms read the same analytics data for your workspace.
