Per-user performance

The Per-user performance card on the Analytics screen shows each teammate's share of activity for the selected range as a ranked bar — and Astra gets a bar too.
How to read it
- Click Analytics in the left sidebar and choose a range (7 days, 30 days, or Quarter).
- In the Per-user performance card, each row shows a teammate's avatar, name, activity count, and a proportional bar. Rows are ranked, so the busiest member is on top.
- Astra's row uses the AI gradient color, making the human/AI split easy to see at a glance.
If nobody's been active in the range, the card says "No activity in this range yet" rather than showing placeholder numbers.
What teams use it for
- Load balancing — if one person carries most of the volume, adjust the ring order or assignments.
- Measuring Astra's impact — watch the AI bar grow as you route more after-hours calls to it, and sanity-check its work in call summaries.
- Coverage checks — pair this card with the heat map to confirm your most active hours match your most active people.

Frequently asked questions
Does Astra show up in per-user performance?
Yes — the AI agent appears alongside your human teammates with its own gradient-colored bar, so you can see exactly how much of the load it's carrying.
Can I see one teammate's individual conversations from here?
Not from the analytics card — it's aggregate only. Use the inbox and each conversation's history for the detail behind the numbers.
