Analytics overview

Updated Thu Sep 03 2026 00:00:00 GMT+0000 (Coordinated Universal Time)Web & iOS

The Analytics screen gives you one page for your team's activity — KPI cards, a message volume chart, per-user performance bars, and an hour-by-hour heat map — for the last 7 days, 30 days, or quarter.

Getting there

  1. Click Analytics in the left sidebar. (Analytics is a Growth plan feature — on Starter you'll see an upgrade prompt instead of data.)
  2. Use the range switch in the top-right — 7 days, 30 days, or Quarter — to set the reporting window. Every card on the page follows it.

What each section tells you

  • KPI cards — four headline numbers for the range: Calls, Messages, Avg response, and Talk time, each with a change indicator versus the prior period (green up, red down).
  • Message volume — a bar chart of message activity across the range, so you can spot busy days and quiet ones.
  • Per-user performance — activity per teammate as ranked bars, including Astra's share. See Per-user performance.
  • Activity heat map — day-of-week × hour-of-day intensity grid with your busiest window called out. See Call volume and the heat map.

Empty states are honest: a new workspace shows "No messages in this range yet" until real traffic flows — there's no fake data in live mode.

Get the numbers by email

You don't have to open the dashboard to keep an eye on the workspace. In Settings → Notifications you can subscribe to a daily, weekly and/or monthly analytics digest — an email with the period's calls (inbound, outbound, missed, AI-answered), answer rate, talk time, messages, average first-reply time, new conversations and most active teammate, each compared with the previous period. It arrives around 7 am in your time zone once the period closes. Subscriptions are personal, so every member picks their own cadence. See Email notifications.
