Call or message from a contact

Every contact card has Message and Call buttons at the top — on the mobile app they jump you straight into the conversation or start a call, while on desktop web they're not connected yet.
On mobile (works today)
- Tap More → Contacts and open a contact.
- Tap Message to jump to the conversation with that contact in your inbox — history and all — ready to type.
- Tap Call to start dialing their number immediately over the in-app phone.
On desktop web (honest note)
The Message and Call buttons appear on the desktop contact card, but they aren't wired up to the inbox and dialer yet — clicking them shows a notice rather than opening anything. Until that lands, use these routes instead:
- To message: click Inbox in the sidebar and find (or search for) the conversation with that contact.
- To call: click Calls in the sidebar and dial the number from the contact card on the dial pad.

Why don't the desktop Message and Call buttons open anything?
On desktop web those buttons aren't wired to the inbox and dialer yet — use the Calls dial pad and inbox search instead. The mobile buttons work fully.
