Manage Astra on iOS
The AI tab in the iPhone app manages Astra, your AI agent — you can enable or disable it, change how it greets and talks to callers, adjust its answering rules, and edit its knowledge, right from your phone.
What you can do on iPhone
- Tap the AI tab.
- From there you can:
- Turn the agent on or off — the same switch as the web.
- Edit the greeting — the first thing callers hear.
- Change the tone — how the agent speaks.
- Adjust answering rules — when the agent picks up.
- Manage knowledge — add, edit, or remove the pages the agent (and AI suggested replies) draw answers from.
Changes save to the same configuration the web uses, so they take effect for the very next call.
What stays on the web
Two desktop-shaped editors remain web-only (at app.ody.co, in the AI Agent section):
- The visual flow builder — the drag-and-drop canvas for designing call flows (business hours branching, phone menus, ring groups, and where the agent steps in).
- The weekly schedule grid — the visual editor for hour-by-hour answering schedules.
They edit the same underlying settings — the iPhone app reflects whatever you build there.
Testing your agent
The most reliable test is the real one: connect a number to the AI agent (web: Settings → Numbers) and call it. The agent's calls, summaries, and any messages it takes appear in your shared inbox on both platforms.
