Most connect with an API key in under a minute. A handful use one-click OAuth (Slack is live; Pipedrive, Attio, Close, Follow Up Boss, Mailchimp, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, and Notion complete Connect as soon as Ody's vendor app is approved — they already appear in Settings).

Data import — bring a list in minutes: CallRail (unique callers from call history) and CSV import. See Import contacts from your CRM or another platform.
CRM — callers recognized, every call logged: Attio, Buildium, Close, Copper, folk, Follow Up Boss, Freshsales, Insightly, noCRM.io, Pipedrive, Pipeline CRM. Each imports your existing people and can add new callers as contacts or leads. Several also log the call back on the CRM timeline.
Support & helpdesk — turn calls into tickets: Crisp, Dixa, Freshdesk, Front, Gorgias, Kustomer, Zendesk. Import your existing customers and open a ticket or conversation from a missed call or voicemail (transcript attached). Front currently saves the caller as a contact with call notes — conversation creation needs a workspace channel, so that's a later step.
E-commerce & payments — know your buyers: Shopify, WooCommerce, Stripe, Recharge. Import your customer lists so shoppers and subscribers are recognized by name.
Marketing — grow your lists from real conversations: ActiveCampaign, Beehiiv, Brevo, Customer.io, Klaviyo, Loops, Mailchimp. Import subscribers and add consenting callers to your lists and flows. Klaviyo can also track call outcomes as events.
Caller enrichment — put a name on unknown numbers: Apollo, People Data Labs, RocketReach. Look up who's behind a phone number or email using your own account with these services.
Tasks & productivity — never lose a follow-up: Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Notion, Trello. Create a task, item, card, or call-log page from a call or voicemail.
Notifications — hear about every call, instantly: Slack and Telegram. Get a message in your channel or group chat for every missed call, voicemail, and call summary. Pick the destination once and it runs on its own.
Automation: Make — trigger any Make scenario you've built, straight from an Ody call event.
Conversation intelligence: Fireflies.ai — send call recordings for transcription, summaries, and meeting insights.
On the roadmap
Google Contacts, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Intercom, calendars and scheduling tools (Google Calendar, Calendly, Cal.com), QuickBooks, and more (Streak, Autotask, ConnectWise PSA, FullEnrich, n8n, tl;dv, Grain, Avoma are in development). If your must-have tool isn't listed, tell support — real requests move things up the list.

Why do some tiles in Settings say Coming soon?
Those OAuth apps are fully built — we're finishing the vendor's listing process. They switch to Connect automatically once approved. The public catalog at ody.co/integrations already lists them.
Do I need a developer to connect these?
No. Most integrations only need an API key from your tool's settings page — paste it into Ody's Connect window and you're done. OAuth ones (Slack, Pipedrive, Attio, and a few others) are one-click approve. Each integration's page tells you exactly where to look.
Can you add an integration you don't have?
Very likely — tell support which tool you use and we'll prioritize it. Calendars, HubSpot, Google Contacts, and booking platforms are already on the roadmap.
