Choose Astra's voice

You pick Astra's voice in the Agent tab of the AI agent screen — eight natural voices, each with a playable sample — then Save draft and Publish.

Step-by-step
Click the AI agent icon in the left sidebar, then open the Agent tab.
Scroll to the Voice section — a grid of voice cards.
Click the play button on any card to hear a short sample of that voice. Click again to stop.
Click the card itself to select the voice — the radio dot fills in.
Click Save draft, then Publish. Callers hear the new voice from the next call after publishing.
Troubleshooting
- "Couldn't load the voice sample" — a temporary loading hiccup; try again in a moment. Your selection still saves regardless of whether the sample plays.

Yes — every voice card has a play button that plays a real audio sample of that voice.
When does the new voice take effect?
After you Publish. Save draft stores the choice; Publish updates the live agent, and the very next call uses the new voice.
